Diminishing Returns

I'm posting this one first to help explain one of the concepts I'm using in the new hp/sp/hp formulas.

The mini-formula I have designed for stat-adjustments creates a 'diminishing returns' system where as the more the base number increases, the less % increase overall is achieved.

What this means is, an increase from 8 to 9 (which is a bit over a 12% increases) will have a higher base % increase than an increase from 50 to 51 (which is a 2% increase).

However, bear this in mind.. The value of the formula for a base of 51 will still be greatly higher than a base of 9. The difference is that the percentage increase from 8 to 9 is higher than the percentage increase from 50 to 51.
